• ORVEX chatbots do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Responses may be AI-generated and may not always be accurate or complete.

6. Intellectual Property

All ORVEX platform software, branding, and content remain our intellectual property. Tenants retain rights to their uploaded content and flows.

7. Third-Party Services

ORVEX integrates with services like Twilio, WhatsApp, and SendGrid. Their use is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or any harmful activity.

10. Updates

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any changes.
